- schedule: our local agents are always close to you. When the rental form is completed and sent using our website, you will recieve a confirmation email at the indicated email. In the same time, your reservation will be inserted and registered into our system. Following this, you will recieve an offer includind date and delivery terms, respecting the price and all the promotions from the website. After accepting this, the car will be delivered. For the deliveries that take place in airports we use the following mechanism.
– Otopeni (Henry Coanda): The car will be parked at the 1st level of the parking inside Henry Coanda airport, and the deliery agent will wait for you near the exit from International Arrivals, in the airport building. He will have a plate with your name and he will be placed at the exit near the metalic poles that mark the exit from the terminal. We recommend you to open your mobile phone after landing. You will be contacted via phone if anything goes wrong. Our agent will see when your plane is supposed to land and he will wait for you if the plane has any delays. If the plane delays with 3 re more hours, our agent will come back before the new scheduled landing time.
– Baneasa: The car will be parked in front of the airport in the dedicated parking space and our delivery agents will wait for you in front of the international arrivals terminal, with a plate inscripted with your name. You will be contacted via phone if anything goes wrong. Our agent will see when your plane is supposed to land and he will wait for you if the plane has any delays. If the plane delays with 3 re more hours, our agent will come back before the new scheduled landing time. - payment: we offer you the ability of chossing the payment method. All our agents have mobile card readers and they can take the honorary using your card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and Visa Electron only). We don’t have any other fee than the rental price for different payment methods, and the currency conversion will be made using the official exchange rate published daily by the Romanian National Bank (BNR).
